2025 Showcase Recital Volunteers Sign-up

We're gearing up for an unforgettable dance recital for our talented kids, and we need your help to make it a smashing success! Please consider signing up to lend a hand behind the scenes. Your contribution is truly invaluable to us!

⭐By signing up to volunteer, you’re committing to assist at both the dress rehearsal on June 24th and the recital on the specific day you choose — either June 25th or June 26th.

⭐Be sure to sign up to volunteer on the night you’re not watching the show!

⭐Just bring water and maybe a snack for yourself. No other children are allowed backstage unless they’re participating dancers. We’ll have activities to keep dancers entertained during the recital. Please wear comfy clothes—think sneakers, jeans, and a black shirt!

⭐Since backstage involves student costume changes, we kindly ask that dressing room volunteers be female. Thanks for understanding!
⭐ All volunteers need to arrive one hour before dress rehearsal and the recital.
⭐If you haven’t already, please take a moment to read through our full recital page on the website to stay up-to-date on all the important details.

⭐ Mark your calendars! We’re hosting a Volunteer & Recital Info Meeting on May 29th at 7:00 PM at the studio. While attendance isn’t required to volunteer, it’s highly encouraged and will help you feel confident and informed going into recital day!
